Property Tax Information & Payment

Using this site you can:

  • Look up a property by address or by block and lot number
  • View assessment information and property tax obligations
  • Pay a bill by credit card, debit card or electronic check
  • Print a copy of the bill and payment stub suitable for mailing with your check
  • Print a "Change of Mailing Address" request form
  • View previous year's secured tax payments

Important Information

Deadlines for Timely Payment

  • Online payments received by 11:59pm on their delinquency deadline dates are considered on time.
  • Payments made in person by the close of business on the delinquency deadline date are considered on time.
  • Payments made by mail postmarked by the U.S. Postal Service on or before the delinquency deadline date are considered on time.
  • If the delinquency deadline falls on a weekend or legal holiday, the adjusted deadline to pay without incurring late penalties and fees will be within the same timeframes on the next business day.

Payment Options and Convenience Fees

  • Payments can by made online or by phone (1-800-890-1950) using a credit card, debit card, or electronic check ("E-check").
  • Electronic payments can now be made by electronic check with NO CONVENIENCE FEE.
  • For qualifying Debit Card payments (Visa Personal Debit, STAR, NYCE and PULSE; subject to your bank's participation*) the convenience fee is a flat rate of $3.95
    (* Please note that if your banking institution does not authorize your card for "PIN-less debit" transactions, your transaction will be processed as a credit card with the corresponding 2.25% convenience fee.)
  • Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) are subject to a convenience  fee of 2.25% of the total amount charged.

The Office of the Treasurer & Tax Collector now also participates in "Home Banking", which affords the opportunity to add property taxes to the list of bills you can pay using your banking institution's "Bill Pay" service (subject to your bank's participation).

ATTENTION: The Treasurer-Tax Collector's Office does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its website. The taxpayer is responsible for delinquent fees and penalties resulting from such unavailability. We recommend that you pay your property taxes early to avoid unnecessary late penalties and fees.
